Accelerating Microsoft Copilot Adoption: A Scalable, Trustworthy Data Architecture for Enterprise Insights

Abstract Microsoft Copilot, an AI-powered productivity tool integrated into Microsoft 365, holds immense potential to transform enterprise workflows. However, its adoption has been slower than anticipated due to fragmented data sources, inconsistent metrics, and a lack of trust in analytical dashboards. This paper proposes a modular, scalable, and trustworthy data architecture leveraging Azure-native tools and Microsoft Graph to monitor and accelerate Copilot adoption. By integrating diverse data sources, applying advanced analytics, and delivering role-based insights, the architecture empowers organizations to drive strategic adoption. The proposed framework ensures data governance, scalability, and actionable insights, addressing key adoption barriers.
